The user (defined below) of this application, website, learning platforms, offline systems, WhatsApp groups, digital portals, and other associated or ancillary services (collectively referred to as the “Application”) agrees to be bound by this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). If the terms of this Policy are not agreeable to the User, the User is requested to refrain from accessing or using the Application.

2. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

(d) KV Academy is not responsible for the accuracy of User-provided data

(e) User agrees to indemnify KV Academy for breaches of this Policy

(b) Data shall not be retained beyond lawful necessity

(c) Users shall be informed of the purpose of data collection

(d) Reasonable security practices under IT Rules, 2011 are followed

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. USE BY CHILDREN

Students below 18 years may use the Application only with parental or guardian consent.
KV Academy does not knowingly collect personal data of minors without consent.
